Drive X/Y Settings

Hi,

In a preset I am using a drive block Drive parameter controlled with an Expression pedal.

X side has Blues OD and I vary the drive min 2.5 to max 6.5

and I want to use a BB Preamp on the Y side but that control parameter is transferred to the Y side as well. Is there a chance not to control the drive parameter of the Y side at all or change the min and max values of it without effecting the X side?

No, the settings for X and Y are linked together.

Not really. There is no such thing that are linked between X and Y other than "Controls" Even the Bypass mode is independent.

Of course you can have totally different settings for any parameter, as long as it isn't controlled by a modifier.

What I meant is that the *modifier* settings are the same for that parameter on both X and Y, which is what prompted your original question. I wish we could control X and Y separately, but it isn't designed that way.
