Considering what’s been put in the Hall, Dolly would be among the least offensive in a long list on non-rock inductees. The difference is that she has the integrity to say no. She’s a rock n roll soul no matter what her music is called.

It was already a joke when it took 50 years to get Yes in there, or 40 years to get Rush in there. Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, both absent. No Jethro Tull. No Dick Dale. No Link Wray. No Runaways. There is a really impressive list of who isn't in there.

The rappers just make it more of a joke.
