Do I have to reset my amp models,cab models and effects models

Do I have to reset my amp models,cab models and effects models after installing Quantum 1.06? And how exactly do I do that

I wouldn't worry about it from Q 1.0.

If anything, read the release notes to see what has changed.

What I meant is that I have never reset my amps etc. since firm 16 or so when I first got my xl

Definitely do it. I had mine for three years without doing a full reset. I was selling it and did a full reset for the new owner. After everything was done I was just going through it to make sure everything was ok, and I was blown away of the difference before and after. I have now learned the power of a "Full Reset". ☺

doing a Reset System Parameters in the Utility menu resets Tuner, Global, I/O menus and a few other things, typically not affecting presets. this can, however, affect input if you change your I/O from default, Global EQ etc.

I would back up everything and load the presets back in afterwards.
