Wish Display an error message when trying to import a preset with a version mismatch

When importing a preset that was created with a newer firmware version than is currently in the Axe-FX, display an error message instead of just displaying a blank preset. Over the years this has confounded many people who have no idea what went wrong with their attempt to import. An error message would make it clear what the problem is and how to resolve it.
