Digital modeler and Feedback effect

Please let me know why the digital modelers should not have the same physical behavior of traditional amps.

I get melodic feedback every time i play out live with mine. Use the volume pedal a lot to induce it. Bravo!

For some reason it's always been easier for me to get feedback using the axe fx rather than my old analog rig, no matter if using FRFR or PA+cab

It’s not just the volume, the phase has to be right too. That’s why guys with amps have to walk around and find a sweet spot sometimes.

I don’t seem to have any issues with getting feedback when I need it. Granted, I’m sitting about 3 feet from my studio monitors and generally track fairly loud, as well as still using a Digitech FreQout, which I mainly use at the very end of notes. While it’s possible to do with most setups, it’s just more consistent so I’m not moving around everywhere trying to find sweet spots.
