Digital Clipping During Audio Playback/Recording

I've been noticing that, when using the Axe Fx II as my audio playback device, while also recording and using the Axe Fx II as my recording device, my Output 1 clipping LED's light fairly often. An example would be playing an mp3 backing track on my PC, using the Axe II as the audio device, while simultaneously recording guitar tracks. I'm assuming that using the Axe Fx II in this manner, which is essentially mixing the 2 signals as Output 1, could be taxing the CPU limits. My Output 1 clipping LED's do not light when just playing guitar (no simultaneous audio playback from PC), so I'm guessing it's the combination of the 2 signals (USB audio and guitar) that's causing the clipping LED's to light. My question would be, is the lighting of the LED's during playback/recording affecting my recordings? I can't hear any crackling in the recordings, even though the LED's are lighting fairly often during playback/recording.
