Different damping for External control

Is it possible (or is there someway of making) a different damping for the envelope control so that transition from MIN to MAX occurs at a different rate to MAX to MIN. Basically i want to adjust a Volume parameter such that it is SLOW to close but QUICK to open.

Options for the envelope controller are in the Control menu. The Attack and Release parameters control the response times.
 
ah ok sorry i used the wrong terminology... i should not have said Envelope... i mean using an external controller... i want it to respond quickly in one direction and slower in the opposite.
 
Don't think there's a way to do that directly. Damping speed in the modifier is the same for both up and down.
