Fairly quiet in the room. Again, having not spent nearly as much time with these presets as @Admin M@, I can only offer that careful gain structuring paired with building a freq-sculpted wah off of your own fingers will likely attain this for your own playing.

The Sustainer models in the Compressor block would be able to come pretty close to that level of sustain combined with the gain and amount of reverb.

His sound is so huge but he's intentional about leaving space for other instruments and sounds. A great lesson for guitar players - while your tone is important, it shouldn't step on the rest of the band or hurt the mix and it doesn't require sacrificing anything.
