Delay tempo timing by stomping tempo ?

I was using the boss DD-20 digital delay. When changing songs you can stomp in the tempo and get the delay needed. How can I do this with the FX8 ?? Can anyone help me.
 
set the Tempo parameter in the Delay block to a note duration - like 1/4 note - and then use the Tap Tempo button.

read page 55 in the FX8 manual. it's all there.
