What delay setup would be good for this behavior? I have used basic patches with not too many FX on them except for some ambient stuff.

Anyone have a setup for this?

I think what you want is a ducking delay. You can add ducking to any delay type as well, so you don't have to use the ducking delay type to get that effect.

Every delay has a Tone/Duck page in its setting. So pick your favorite delay type and go nuts.
