I got it to work. The files want to be copied and pasted from the left workspace to right not dragged and dropped.

I just did a update to the to the axe wiki using some of the information provided in this thread. If i screwed it up let me know. I tried to make the editor more detailed step by step method.

Something weird for sure. Works fine on my laptop with XP.
