Legend!
It's a shame that can't be seen outside the UK, and kinda dumb. Who does that help?UK peeps can watch it on iPlayer.

Agreed. Presumably it's down to some licensing agreement between the band and the BBC?It's a shame that can't be seen outside the UK, and kinda dumb. Who does that help?
That's the BBC for you. Dumb in a variety of waysIt's a shame that can't be seen outside the UK, and kinda dumb. Who does that help?
Don't start me on the license fee! They've been getting away with that scam for generations. All users/viewers of BBC terrestrial television channels (and iplayer streaming services) are required by UK law to own a TV licence (the BBC is the national broadcaster).
Just another one of our British quirks! We even have people who go around looking for heinous criminals who might be watching TV (gulp) without a licence…
Prosecutions are quite common, believe it or not.
It’s not really a workable solution in the current tech era.Don't start me on the license fee! They've been getting away with that scam for generations.
Not now though - 2 million people cancelled in the last couple of years and roughly another million each year. They know we're all on to them so they're going to have to think of another scam.
I cancelled my license during covid, when they weren't answering calls, and disabled their 'cancel your license' on their web site. So I wrote to them to tell them, and they wrote back thanking me for letting them know. That was followed by numerous letters from them telling me I'm under investigation for having no license! I'm still getting them.
I know that it's all BS to frighten you in to handing money over to them, but the older generation are more susceptible to these scare tactics. It's not on.
