D20 - Woooo! (Fretless content)

So i bought a fretless last weekend and decided to see if i could grasp playing one. So far i love this thing and the tone i am getting from it! I just ran it straight into my Axe Fx Ultra then to Cubase for this track. The drums on this one are from the Hit Factory library. I absolutely love this library!!!!! The drum mix i have i am really enjoying. Especially the room sounds.

Hope you all enjoy the little clip i made here. I plan on making a whole song out of this and i am in the process of another song with the fretless at the moment.

Excellent, I really like how that sounds.
I had wanted to try a fretless in a rock/metal context since seeing Thought Industry way back in the mid/late 90's.

What axe did you buy?

Many thanks! I thought this little clip must have sucked since no one replied.

I wasn't sure how i would do on fretless, so i bought a Squier Vintage Modified. For the money....this bass is awesome!!! I was hesitant because of "Squier", but this bass really is pretty dang nice. It has a really great feel to it as well. I would totally recommend it!
