Copying scenes doesn't work

Hello everyone! yesterday I updated FM9 to FW5 and today I realized that it no longer copies scenes to other scenes within the same preset. (maybe I want scene 4 now to be in place of scene 2 etc) Does anyone know why?

-Are you using FM9-EDIT and if so, are you using the latest version of FM9-EDIT?
-Can you copy/swap scenes on the hardware without FM9-EDIT?

What steps do you take?
