controlling multiple units ???

Does anyone one here use the MFC 101 to control more than one unit at the same time ? I am thinking of integrating a Roland GR33 with the Axe 2 and wasn't sure on how to go about it. I have already hooked it up and have got it synced to change patch channels with corresponding patches on the Axe, but not sure about assigning Cc's without getting them confused with the different units commands

Cc's are sent out on different midi channels for different units.
So midi ch 1 for Axe fx, midi channel 2 for gr33... Etc.

thanks guys, how do I set up the MFC to send separate signals to chanel 1Axe and 2 for the GR 33. I have played with it a little but it seemed to me that I could pick one CC per switch.I think that I will need to send to separate CCs for each unit via different scenes

You need to set the Axe to listen on Channel 1 for example and the synth on channel 2, then when setting the midi controller MFC in this case, send the changes you want on the respective channels. For the rest you may need to dig into some manuals.
