First, let me start by saying I'm really enjoying the new AE!! with Firmware 12!!

I don't know how to adjust the controllers so that i can have say a different amount of delay, or gain from one scene to another.

This said, i am resorting to using the Axe II to set controllers and then adjust them after that with AE. I'm getting the controller screen not staying on long enough to select the controller i want from the Axe FX II. I have to keep pushing the enter button because the screen keeps disappearing.

If anyone knows how to adjust the parameters of something from scene to scene, please do tell!!
 
If you’re editing on the front panel of the Axe FX and the screen disappears as you said, it’s almost certainly because you have Axe Edit open as well at the same time.

And here’s how you can set this in the latest version of Axe Edit:
