Don't know if this is known but using Control X to move blocks in AE-3 removes any assigned modifiers. Also trying to drag a block to move it makes it disappear.

I can't reproduce this. Might already be fixed in the beta I'm using. If I grab and drag a block with my mouse it shows up in the new grid location, modifiers are still assigned as expected.
