Control Delay/Reverb Hold with FS?

Is it possible? Can't find a way to assign the modifier this way, closest solution is to assign it to an external switch but would be cool to be able to do without if possible

OK! Any ideas on a workaround? It's possible to assign it to Scene 1 or 2 but I cant get it to "Hold"....
