Continuous control and scenes Help needed

Fractal Fanatic
Guys I had an idea to try and get more control of my gain by using an expression pedal for continuous control of Input trim.

Here it the application.
X amp is clean / Y amp is Lead
Scene 1 is amp X, scene 2 is Y amp.
I want amp X at a fixed Input Trim value, and I want to attach a controller to the Input Trim for amp Y.

When I do that, I see that it attaches to the X amp, and I do not want that.

Is there any way around that?

I currently use 3 dedicated scenes for clean to mean, and am just trying another approach.

You can make the modifier graph to a straight line, so no matter where the pedal sits, it's always inputting the same value.

Not sure how that will work.
Basically on scene 1 I need the Input Trim fixed.
Scene 2 need to be able to adjust the IT with the expression pedal.

The 'Input Trim' doesn't have any 'mojo'. It's just a level control at the Amp input. You could use a 'Vol/Pan' block before the Amp block. Attach the modifier to the 'Volume' parameter with predetermined min and max levels that match what you currently have. And bypass it on the scene that it's not needed.
