connecting to jcm2000 tsl temporarily

Hi I was looking to purchase the axe, and connect it to my Marshall jcm 2000 tsl combo for the time being. Is this possible until I can complete my music room and purchase an atomic CLR? thanks for any input.

Absolutely. Connect one of the outputs to the effects return of the TSL. Turn off cabinet modeling. Optionally turn off power amp modeling.

Thank you. I wonder how the axe distortions would sound through the clean channel. Lots of coloration I suppose.

You must Connect to fx return and not main input so yuo bypass pre and go to amp.
You cannot use 4 cable metod with that amp.. I tried but it Was a mass.. Noisy and low output level..

Not surprised. I'm looking to sell it but in the meantime I can use it to noodle around with for a short while. Thanks
