Coming from AFX3, all I need is one extra pedal for the FM9

Fractal Fanatic
A Digitech Droptune pedal for minor tuning shifts. I like my Pitch block after distortion and parallel routed. Otherwise I would put th e pitch block first in chain for Virtual Capo. Using channels would be ideal, but the sound change is not worth it IMO. I have Wah. Comp, Amp1, Amp2, Cab, Vol, Multi Dly, Delay, Reverb, Pitch, Rotary, Chorus, GEQ. Quite a lot. Had to not include preamp on in Cab block and using a DropTune pedal were my only needed workarounds.

Got the Digitech Drop pedal and all is good now. If you like bringing multiple guitars tuned differently, or don't mind having your Pitch Block near beginning of chain and dont need a extra pedal, by all means awesome! This just does it for me. Part of fthe fun of having a pedalboard form again, is adding pedals to it. Not needed, but it is fun to try things and work them in and out, all while keeping the core the same.
