Wish Cliff - MIDI over USB?

Just a question for Cliff - In regards to the AxeFx 2 - I have done a search of the forum (but did not find anything) looking for any discussion of the possibility of a future update whereby we can utilize MIDI over USB for updates and file transfers. I suspect that this is planned as it would be a huge advantage over the ancient and slow MIDI protocol. I did not see anything in the manual addressing this. Did I miss something?

certainly does. i use AxeEdit to transfer files, update firmware, make backups, load cabs, etc etc, all over USB.

You know that I did not bother to download the "audio driver" as I did not intend to use the audio interface functionality. I did look for "MIDI Driver" and did not see one. I assumed that the MIDI over USB was simply not yet implemented. I did install the "audio driver" and the MIDI over USB works great. What a time saver.
