Clean not metal...more like Carlton. First time soundclip

That's one of the best recordings here I've heard in a while. Are you using a hollow body electric? Sounds a little like flatwound strings, great sound! What did you do to add dirt, input gain?

Thanks.
I used my Gibson Custom 356 for the recording. The strings are Optima Gold Roundwound (.010 set). Axe selection is 103, Mr Benson with no tweaks. I switched on the T808 OD for the dirt in the middle.
This is more of the style of Gary Moore or Larry Carlton...guys who use distortion/OD selectively and not so strongly that it covers their fret work.

Hooked immediately, and I'm a metal guy. This was beautiful, man. I wish I could play like this, and get blues tones like this. Awesome job!
