Channel switching question

Is it possible for the FX8 to change the masters and the clean and overdrive on a engl fireball 100.
I was able to switch from clean to Distortion, but i could not get it to switch masters. If so, would someone please explain how.

Below is what my regular Engl foot switch does

(switch 1) (switch 2)
master 1 / master 2 Clean / Distortion

What type of cable are you using? Do you have a TRS cable?

I am using a TRS cable. My foot switch illustration did not come out like I wanted it to in the original post, sorry. Let me explain it better.
It has two switches, one switches clean / crunch and one switches master 1 / master 2.
 
I assume your footswitch cable has a TRS jack on the end. Seems odd that it doesn't work with another TRS cable. Have you tested the TRS cable you're using to make sure it works? (I had one of mine fail this week!). Other than that, have you checked all the settings on the relays, I.e. latching Auto-off?
