Bug? Changing Scene 1 Input 1 (A) to Input 2 (B), changes all Preset Scene(s) Input 1s to Input 2?

My Problem:
I want to have my Scene 1 to be a piezo acoustic using Input 2, then all other Scenes (2-8) Input 1 for Electric. However, when I change Scene 1 Input 1 to Input 2, it changes the Input 1 for all the Scenes to Input 2. Even if I change Input 2 to channel B vs A. What happens is my Scene 1 sounds awesome with acoustic only, but all my remaining Scenes receive both the Electric and Acoustic.

Could this also be a Bug?

What I'm trying to do:
Rather than use an expression pedal (as Cooper Carter demos) to switch between Piezo and Electric, I'd rather control this through switching scenes.

You can do that by bypassing the Input 1/2 blocks, or you can use a Multiplexer to switch the input. That would probably be better than channel switching on the input blocks.
