CHANGING PRESETS /VOLUME SWELLS

Well ... it's simple as that: level your presets correctly. You can use the "status" page of the utility menu to do it.

What happens exactly?

If it's not a mismatch of preset levels, post the two presets where this occurs. You need to provide more details.
Do you use a MFC, if yes which firmware? Do you have switches configured as "general use" on the MFC, and maybe assigned to external controllers?
 
YES I USE A MFC 101 VERSION 6 AND JUST UPDATED TO VERSION 7 ON AXE FX II . WILL GO IN utility and see what happens but new to all this so appreciate the help
