As others have stated, the block name in the library is stored inside the .blk file. The filename on the host computer is independent of that. As long as it's got a .blk extension and is the correct format, it will be detected and added to the library.

That's exactly what @IronSean noticed in the screenshot provided by the user -- extension was removed apparently when file was renamed.

Same goes for .syx preset or cab files. The name is stored inside the file, so renaming the file won't change the saved preset or cab name.
