Carrying bag for the FBT Verve 8 Ma, where to buy?

I am this close to buy the FBT Verve 8 Ma. However, I cannot seem to find a place that sells the needed carrying bag. RMC Audio doesn't send abroad (I live in Norway), and I can't find any other place that sells them..
 
I would also like one.

I bought a gym bag to carry it on top of my rolling rack but the one I bought has no padding.
 
When I ordered mine in the States, I ordered the bag too. There is not much to it, perhaps look into having one made?
 
Anyone know where to find the stock carrying bag for the Verve 8ma? just picked up a pair of these and need something..thanks.

Might have to go the studio slips route but maybe there is a place in the states that has NOS of these somewhere?
