Can't save banks from my II using SysEx Utility

For some reason I can't seem to save an Axe II bank using SysEx Utility on my Mac.

What happens is:
After clicking "Record One" (records 1 sysex message over MIDI) SysEx Utility waits for the MIDI messages from the II.
But when I hit "Enter" on the II to start the bank dump, SysEx Utility records one very small sysex message very quickly and then goes out of record mode while the II then begins dumping the bank file.

Axe-Edit is working fine for bank dumps/loads but I usually prefer using SysEx Utility for this.

Works fine with the Ultra.
Anybody know how I can get this working with the II?

When I do that it records message after message after message.
It's like the II might be sending out single Preset files one after the other, rather than a single bank file.

Ah okay.... Worked for me previously but things did change in 5.07. I'll check it out later.
