I am the AXE FX XL+ user from non-english speaking countries. Sorry for my bad english speaking first..
It acts perfectly fine and when I go to save something it follows all the normal step and doesn't
report any errors. Once I come back to the preset that I made/changed none
of my changes are there anymore. (For exmaple, if i stored a new setting on a blank preset No.400, then i switch to the preset 401 then switch back to the No.400, the 400 preset still be the blank )
This happens on axe edit and the actual unit!!
My firmware is the Quamtum 3.03(I never tried update the firmware before,it's the organial fireware version when i got it new from the local dealer) . and i try to reset or update the
firmware, but the firmware update failed mysteriously all the times. the
LCD screen shows "verify failed / update failed ' then it will reboot .
and still the old firmware , still the saving problem .
Is this the hardware issues?
