Can't get signal to output 2

Put an effects loop in the signal chain. That's the simple part, that puts output 2 in the chain. If you are doing like I do, where I send output 2 to my amp/cab, and output 1 to the mixer, then you just split off from your signal chain near the end and add the effects loop. Do not put anything after the effects loop. It will be last in that part of the portion of the chain. DO NOT put it in the last row of effects blocks, but somewhere before that.
