Can't access Setup mode AX8 [solved]

for some reason I can't access the setup mode on my ax8. any suggestions?

Shift+Store is the only way

Nope ,does not work for me. I'm guessing it's because I have the display "display large text-always". I have to tap exit and then shift+store. thanks for the response. I got it.
