Cannot re flash V10

So i loaded V10 via AW 1.9 when it was released. It sounded a bit strange so I have gone through the System reset via Utilities and loaded a new version of AE like some others.
AE connects and I can refresh and do things....however when i send over V10 firmware it now just sits on "awaiting file" what has happened ? AE does a phantom send.
I have tried 4 reboots, restart AE, etc , etc. No luck

Have you tried FractalBot yet to load software? That's what I used and it worked fine. Didn't even have to put the Axe-Fx into "awating file" mode.

Try sending the firmware file with Midi-Ox or Sysex Librarian.

Alternately, give Fractal-Bot a shot.
