Since I've been keeping up with all of the great advice from you guys, I've also been reading and watching things like a madman. I tried a Gravity Pick, Big Mini Sunrise pick. It's a little bigger than the Jazz 3 and much easier to grip. I also slid it back to under the first knuckle in my thumb. Now I can alternate pick and tremolo pick like a madman. It was a night and day improvement. I also made some slight changes to my overall hand position in relation to the guitar's bridge. You guys are awesome and really got the wheels churning on Things I could try. So far so good, I'm going to stick with it and see how it goes!
