Can you Fix Output 1 at a preset level?

So I found pink noise in the synth block and it triggers when hitting the strings. Is there another block or setting that would self generate a steady test tone?

I found that pegging the Output 1 knob to 100% then reducing global EQ gain to -12 and then reducing input trim on my X32 to -2 gave me the same volume I had previously. Next question. Are there any audio quality issues with maxing the gain in one area (Output 1) and reducing it to max in the other (EQ global gain).
