No you won't damage anything.

Don't expect to hear everything in stereo if it's just one speaker, however...
 
Do you have to use a stereo trs cable? I would just use a regular instrument/guitar cable. Then make sure you have your Axe FX's Output Setting set to Sum L+R or Copy L -> R.

Yes yes I can.

The fact is I try to send audio usb mono summed signal with a TRS cable from headphones.

But anyway my problem is solved, I force to mono in my daw>axe out 1 left>headrush frfr.

But I guess how is posible the heaphones sounds ok, and a trs cable to HR cancel the guitar input....

Because the Headrush doesn’t have a stereo input.

Just because the plug fits doesn’t mean it can understand the data.
