How can I use the Boss GT8 to use for example changing scenes from scene 1 thru 4? I am currently using it with my midi hookup to change patches. What are other ways to put the Gt8 to use? Thanks for any help
No. I hooked mine up to my Ultra just to see if I could make it work. I could use it to call up presets but that's it. The best use I could make out of the GT-8 was to insert the AxeFX as an amp+cab only and then get the effects from the 8. I quickly decided that I'd buy a midi pedal board .
Thanks for the info. Just thought there might be a way to salvage the GT8 in some way. I wish I could use the pedal for a wah or volume pedal. If I plug it into the instrument jack on the front I can bypass everything in the Gt8 and use it as a volume pedal or use the existing wah that is in the Gt8.
