Can I please get some guidance on a specific delay sound?

I"ve been working on replicating this guys delay for way too long today. I figured somebody here would know exactly where I should be looking.
It's at 34 seconds into the video.
In his description he said he's using a Timeline and Line 6 delay.
I've been looking at 2 delays but can't really get this to sound correct.
I realize this is pretty basic. I'm just having some trouble.
Thanks so much for anybody that can help lead me in the right direction.

 
is it a dotted 16th for one delay and dotted 8th for the other? something like that, my mind hurts LOL. i'm probably wrong.

you can do both with the Dual delay in a single block, whatever they end up being.
