Can Anyone Make Me A Tone

Ive tried and it just isn't working. Can one of you tone geniuses (spelling) make me the tone for Taylor Swift Style. I cant get that delay right or it just doesn't sound right.

That clean rhythm guitar? Seems like a clean amp (like a Fender or Shiva Clean), without a Cab block (for that 'direct' tone), and a Phaser. Add a Wah in the break-down section.

Yeah the clean rhythm guitar with the cool delay I run direct to the PA.

I don't hear a delay. I hear the guitar with keyboard chords underneath.

Guitar starts the intro with the old "radio" effect (a filter pulling down all lows and highs, and boosting mids).
