Has anyone on here downloaded Cab Lab 4, bought a Cab Pack and are currently using it with Mac OSX El Capitan???
If you are, how did you get it to work. Cab Lab 4 works fine but I am not able to get my Cab Pack through the Cab Manager or anything. It says that the Returned query does not contain a purchase history.
Yes, I bought eh cab pack from store.fractalaudio.com. No I did NOT purchase as a guest. Yes my password is correct. Yes, my Macbook Pro meets or exceeds the requirements for Cab Lab 4, etc. Yes, I tried to also use the Order # look up to get the Cab Pack with no luck.
Anyone? Support has been trying to help as well. Hopefully this gets sorted soon...
