Wish CAB Block - Copy Cab A <-> B

I wish we could copy all the settings beetween CAB A to CAB B.

This would allow faster Dual Cab configuration, as several times CAB B is the same as CAB A (panned for stereo effects) or near CAB A on the Cabinets list.

I was tweaking cabs tonight, and thinking it would be nice to copy/swap cabs in a channel similar to how we can copy/swap channels and scenes.
