Bypass the Volume/Wah block when changing scenes and presets. Expression + switch toggle

Hi, gents.
I have expression pedal with momentary footswitch - Hotone Ampero II Press. I have this pedal set up as Volume. After pressing the switch, the Volume block turns off and Wah turns on. Pressing it again turns off Wah and turns on Volume block. If you leave the Wah block on, it will remain on when changing presets and scenes.
How to make sure that when changing scenes and presets, the Volume block is turned on by default, and the Wah block is turned off?

Scene revert isn't related to this.

You'll need to change the bypass modifiers' source to a Control Switch, add that CS# to any FC layout, configure your external switch as a stand-in switch for the CS switch, then set the CS Per Scene values for that CS# in the Controllers menu to "OFF" for all scenes.

I’d just change the layout to use the M-Plex Block and set the switch to toggle channels A and B.
