built in metronome

just wondering if I am missing something but is there a simple on \ off knob for the metronome? Or is the only way with the volume knob under "metronome". Thanks

I think the knob is the only way for now. There are existing wish list items to have this added.

Yes, it would be great to be able to assign a switch to turn it on/off and also have this implemented somehow with the looper!

I would love and have asked for metronome support in Axe-Edit for years. It would be so nice and convenient.
