I was at a fly gig in Anchorage, AK last night. Set list changed since the last time I used my AX8 so I was moving presets around using ax8 edit. Since I updated the firmware I was just matching the volumes on all the patches and I noticed that my screen was blinking on and off on the AX8 and the editor just said communicating on the bottom. It was adding in shunts to my patches where there weren't any before. I turned it off, rebooted my mac and AX8 and it did it again. Not I had to go back to presets I was saving to make sure it didn't alter the sounds at all, but it was weird that it was just adding shunts above my signal chain.
