Bug: What the hell is happening here? Wah weirdness

Playing around with setting up a wah controlled by the envelope, and got things where I was liking them.

Played a nice maj7 chord and noticed some weird behavior. You can see a short video here:

I've noticed this flutter as well on the envelope controller attached to a wah but haven't been able to reproduce with such a strong beat to it.

Try maj7 chord... That was what seemed to make it most prominent.
