My buddy Nic made friends with Aaron Brown, the owner of Blackwater Guitars, and made a visit out to his shop yesterday to check out some recent builds and play on some of his beautiful guitars. Nic set up an existing patch on his AxeFX II through a PA and started jamming and writing riffs. While Aaron set up the camera, he caught this creeper shot of Nic messing around with this Chon sounding thing not even knowing he was being filmed :geek A few flubs here and there cuz he was making most of this up on the spot:
This guitar is an incredible 28" scale 7 string with DiMarzio Blaze pickups. Nic has the guitar on loan until he can afford a down-payment on a custom of his own. You can check out hi-res pics of it here (and there's another video of Nic playing another guitar) :
