Interesting... how will it differ from the official firmware?

In a lot of ways, not better or worse, just different. It has a basic mode that provides typical and similar functionality. It also has advanced mode with powerful per-patch overrides and library messages to send any MIDI message(s). Up to 4 pages of footswitches, and lots more.

Settings are saved/modified/backed up with a PC editor that includes an emulator for testing footswitch layouts and MIDI messages. It's in final stages of testing and documentation.
