I’ve got a few hardware fuzzes like the Wooly Mammoth, Mastotron and Fuzzolo which have a pulse width knob. Basically makes the fuzz get really gated and Velcro sounding
Bit of a different sound than turning the bias down, though starved bias can get spluttery as well, still kind of a different tone
Reducing the bit depth seems to be the best option I’ve found, but wondering if there is any other options I’m not aware of, like doing something with the synth block etc ?
