Backline Guitar Cab and FOH?

Apologies if this has been asked. I couldn't find it.

If you have a Matrix feeding a guitar cab for your backline but also want to send a signal to FOH is there a way to do so other than described in the manual with parallel paths? I know you'd turn cab sims off for guitar cab but wouldn't want to do that for FOH.

Right now I'm thinking the options are 1)Mic the guitar cab for FOH 2) set up presets with parallel paths with a cab for the FOH in say output 2

Make a separate path that leads into the fx loop block. Make this path with out a cab. Whatever you lead to this will go out of output 2. While making a path to the end with a cab will go to front of house.
 
You can do it in a single path:

Cmpr----wah----drv----amp----chor----flng----FXL----cab----

This is the same concept as to how I run mine. If you put the cab sim after the fx loop you'll hit your back line first. Have fx between the amp and cab absolutely does not work in the real analog world, but it doesn't matter in the Axe Fx II.
