AxeFx Ultra/ MFC Mk 1 question

Hello ,,, Newbie here ,,, I added a pitch effect block into one of my presets - when I hit the button to bypass it ,, no sound ,, of course I get sound again when I engage it ,,, ,, Can any my Fractal peeps help a brutha out ? ,,, FYI ,, this same thing happens when I add the pan/tremolo effects block also ,, Thanx and Cheers

Did you set bypass mode to "Through"?

will be in the editing pages for that effect block! in your case press edit till on pitch block, page right to mix page, toggle over to byp mode, set for through.
